Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hypemarketer.in, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital solutions.
By hiring us for any service, you agree to the following binding terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Strictly Non-Refundable Services (Immediate Effect)

For the specific services listed below, payments are final and
non-refundable immediately upon receipt. Due to high demand and immediate
scheduling of our design and optimization teams, we do not offer cancellations or refunds
once the payment is processed, regardless of whether work has physically started or not.

This applies to:

  • Logo Design & Branding
  • Google My Business (GMB) Optimization & Verification

Policy: Once payment is made for a Logo or GMB service, the slot is booked and
the funds are strictly non-refundable.

2. Development & Marketing Services (Non-Refundable Upon Commencement)

For Website, App, Video, and Ad Management services, refunds are generally not permitted.
However, if a cancellation request is made before any work has started,
a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

Once “Work Has Commenced”, payments are strictly non-refundable.
Work is considered commenced if any of the following occur:

A. Website & App Development

  • Setup: Hosting environment setup, CMS installation (WordPress/Shopify), or server configuration
  • Design: Creation of wireframes, sitemaps, or UI layouts
  • Development: Any code written, plugins configured, or pages built

B. Social Media Videos & Reels

  • Pre-Production: Scripting, storyboarding, or content planning
  • Assets: Sourcing stock footage, music licensing, or organizing raw files
  • Editing: Entry into the timeline or editing phase

C. Ads Management (Service Fee)

  • Setup: Campaign structure creation, audience targeting, or pixel generation
  • Creative: Ad copy writing or graphic design
  • Note: Any ad budget paid directly to Google or Meta is
    non-refundable and controlled by the respective platforms

3. Revisions vs. Refunds

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or dislike a design or draft.

  • If you are unsatisfied with an initial delivery (such as a logo draft or video cut),
    the request will be handled under our Revision Policy
  • We will revise and refine the work within the originally agreed project scope
